Why does everyone call it a sales department when it should be called a listen department. Just because that is the way the industry has explained it to all of us for all these years. Time is so important to all of us and at Family RV we want you to tell us what you are looking for, let us search our data and see if we have that meets your needs. If we do not carry what you are looking for let us search for you (like a real estate agent)
At Family RV we have a listen department where everyone of us wants to hear what you need and help to to get that RV product that will meet your needs. So come in and ask for help and that is just what we will do. We want to help you with your RV questions and if we do not have the product in stock, we will help you to find it.
We want to be your RV dealer / broker, fill that need and then be your RV service center for life.
We even have a program for some of you where you can rent the RV and try it out, we call this the "Try B-4 You Buy" program. This will allow you the time to test, inspect and see if this is really what you want and will fit your needs!!
Since 1985 the owner has been serving the RV consumer with quailty products, unsurpased service and good prices. Our belief is that no matter what you buy or what price you pay, if the product does not meet your needs it was a waste of money and time!
